I am obsessed with vintage craft and sewing books.
There is the best Goodwill bookstore a few miles from our house. I make sure to check it out every week or two. They have a whole wall full of craft books and magazines. I never leave empty handed!
My absolute favorite, are books from the 60s and 70s. They are filled with weird and kitschy projects.
Here are a few of my favorites.
I've decided to put these books to use. Each week I want to try and do one project from one of my books.
It will be fun to make some of these weird crafts, and I have tons of excess supplies that need to be used.
For next week, it's between a silly face monster or a story book doll. Which do you think I should do?

i'd say storybook doll, and then silly monster next week! these sound like the perfect activities to keep you sane, happy and busy during hot summer days. have fun! i love those types of books too.
